GhostReachService Agreement

By accessing or using the Autopilot Lead Engine platform (“Platform”), you (“User”) agree to the following terms:

The Platform is provided solely as a data research and workflow automation tool designed to assist Users in identifying and organizing publicly available business information for legitimate business research and outreach purposes.

The Platform does not generate or provide consent from any contact, nor does it initiate communication on behalf of Users without User direction.

User agrees that:

• All contacts uploaded, scraped, or used within the Platform are for research purposes only until proper consent is obtained.
• Prior to sending any communication (including but not limited to SMS, MMS, ringless voicemail, or email), User has independently contacted each recipient manually, using their own personal or business communication methods.
• User has obtained clear, verifiable permission from each recipient to receive communications.
• User has documented and maintained proof of consent where required by law.

The Platform does not verify consent and relies entirely on User compliance.

User agrees to fully comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

• TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act)
• CAN-SPAM Act
• State and local telemarketing laws
• Data privacy and electronic communication regulations

User understands that they are solely responsible for ensuring all outreach conducted through the Platform is lawful.

User agrees NOT to:

• Send unsolicited communications without prior consent
• Use scraped data for spam, harassment, or unlawful solicitation
• Misrepresent identity or intent in communications
• Use the Platform in any way that violates telecommunications or privacy laws

Any violation may result in immediate account termination.

By using the Platform, User represents and warrants that:

• They have obtained prior express consent from all recipients before sending communications
• They are acting in good faith and for legitimate business purposes
• All outreach conducted through the Platform is compliant with applicable laws

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Autopilot Lead Engine and its owners, affiliates, and operators shall not be liable for any claims, damages, fines, penalties, or legal actions arising from User’s use of the Platform.
• User assumes full responsibility and risk for all communications sent using the Platform.

User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Autopilot Lead Engine and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• User’s violation of this Agreement
• User’s failure to obtain proper consent
• User’s unlawful communications or business practices

The Platform provides tools only and does not guarantee legal compliance. User acknowledges that compliance is their sole responsibility.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at any time if we believe User is violating this Agreement or using the Platform in a way that exposes us to risk.

By clicking “I Agree” or using the Platform, User confirms that they:

• Have read and understand this Agreement
• Accept full responsibility for their actions
• Agree to use the Platform strictly within these terms
